Vulkran was the ruler of the Fire District of Fodon. A knight of molten steel and volcanic power, he wielded a lava-blade and obsidian shield, with a burning eye-core at his chest. His armor could melt sand into glass.
He was slain by Lucifer (#6 Arashi) during the collapse of the Warring Districts. His remains lie entombed in a fire-cracked canyon near Plodrough β still warm to this day. Born in Zhuiburn.
